ALA-CARTE MENU
Are you like me who looks for RAMEN first thing in a Japanese restaurant? Hodai Restaurant heard us. It now has TONKOTSU RAMEN and LOIN TONKOTSU RAMEN. These ala carte ramen may be added on to your order of Silver Set or Golden Set at a discounted price.
I prefer tempura batter crumbs rather than bread crumbs, though. But as long as it’s shrimp tempura, I’m sold!
Served sizzling hot in a foil, Hodai’s burger steak is saucy and flavorful. It’s not instagrammable in a foil, so better transfer it to the plate before you take photos. (I know you do that before eating a new dish, right?)

Hodai Restaurant introduced a new dish to their SET menu called TORITEN and its taste left a mark on my palate. I hope Hodai could also consider other chicken parts for Toriten, especially wings. (please?)
